List view is the simplest way to look at your workspace: every job and task as a row, in one place. When you just need to know what's open and work through it, this is the view.
1. Scan, open, update
From the list you can open any item's detail page to update its information and timing. Longer lists stay manageable with pagination, so the view holds up as your workspace grows.
2. When to use it
List view is the working-through-it view: reviewing everything open, cleaning up stale items, or finding a specific job or task fast. When you care about stages, switch to the board; when you care about dates, switch to the calendar.
