These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ijabat Tech Solutions, LLC ("Ijabat Tech Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"), the owner and operator of Cleann (the "Service"), accessible at cleann.org.

By using or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

Cleann is an online platform that connects service providers and consumers across a variety of industries, including but not limited to automotive detailing, cleaning, maintenance, and other local or mobile service businesses.

The Service provides digital tools for service professionals to create and manage business listings, collect and manage reviews, receive and respond to quote requests, communicate with customers, prepare estimates, and promote their business. Consumers can use Cleann to discover service providers, submit quote requests, invite providers to respond, compare responses and estimates, and choose a provider for a job.

Cleann may also provide administrative, marketing, messaging, lead-routing, matching, and analytics tools to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

Cleann is a platform provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the service provider performing work for consumers, we are not the consumer requesting work, and we are not a party to any separate agreement between a consumer and a service provider.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by anyone who accesses your account with or without authorization.
If you create, claim, manage, or act on behalf of a business profile, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Business Listings and Service Provider Information

Service providers may create and manage their own business listings on the platform.
Cleann may also create or display unclaimed business profiles using publicly available information, third-party data sources, prospecting tools, or information submitted by users or administrators. An unclaimed profile does not mean the business has endorsed Cleann or agreed to manage that profile.
By submitting business information (such as business name, description, contact details, service areas, photos, logo/avatar, services, availability, pricing, estimates, or other business content), you represent that you have authority to do so and that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
We may format, adapt, enrich, moderate, or remove listing data for clarity, consistency, compliance with platform standards, abuse prevention, or operation of the Service.
Cleann performs a verification process based on the information provided by each service provider. This process is designed to ensure that listings reflect reasonably verified businesses, such as through business details, contact information, or other supporting indicators.
Verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee of performance, or confirmation that a provider is licensed, insured, bonded, available, or suitable for a specific job. We do not independently audit or monitor ongoing business operations.
As part of our paid platform, Cleann also employs both automated and human review processes to help detect fraudulent, inappropriate, or misleading reviews and feedback. These checks may include digital analysis and, when appropriate, manual evaluation to maintain integrity and trust across the platform.
While we take reasonable steps to identify inauthentic activity, we do not guarantee that every listing, review, quote request, response, estimate, message, or piece of content is genuine, complete, accurate, or current.

4. Reviews, Ratings, and User Content

Users (including consumers and businesses) may post reviews, ratings, messages, estimates, profile content, quote request details, photos, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Ijabat Tech Solutions, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from that content in connection with operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Service.

You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, invasive, infringing, harassing, abusive, or unlawful content, and not to infringe upon intellectual-property or privacy rights of others. We may remove, moderate, restrict, quarantine, or preserve content at our discretion.

5. Quote Requests, Matching, Communications, and Estimates

Cleann may allow consumers to submit quote requests and may allow service providers to receive, unlock, respond to, or otherwise participate in those requests.

Consumers are responsible for providing accurate request details, including contact information, location, vehicle or project details, service needs, timing, and other relevant context.
Cleann may use automated systems, human review, artificial intelligence, service-zone data, profile information, reviews, third-party information, platform activity, or other signals to classify requests, suggest services, rank or match providers, select recipients, route quote requests, or generate administrative guidance.
Matching, ranking, selection, or invitation of a provider does not guarantee that the provider is the best provider, available, licensed, insured, qualified, willing to perform the work, or able to meet the consumer's timing, budget, or expectations.
Cleann does not guarantee that any consumer will receive a response, quote, estimate, booking, or completed service.
Cleann does not guarantee that any service provider will receive any minimum number of leads, quote requests, unlocks, replies, customers, jobs, revenue, rankings, profile views, or other business outcomes.
Service providers are solely responsible for their responses, prices, estimates, availability, representations, scheduling, work quality, taxes, licenses, insurance, permits, and compliance with applicable law.
Consumers are solely responsible for evaluating providers, reviewing estimates, confirming scope, price, timing, credentials, insurance, and suitability, and deciding whether to hire or award work to a provider.
Estimates, quote messages, availability windows, and related communications are provided by the service provider or user who submits them. Cleann does not verify, guarantee, or enforce any estimate, price, completion date, service scope, or outcome.
If a consumer awards or chooses a provider through the Service, that action may close or limit other conversations for that quote request, but it does not itself create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship with Cleann.
Messages and quote request communications may be stored, displayed to the relevant participants, processed for abuse prevention and platform operation, and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

The messaging and quote request features are not emergency services and should not be used for urgent safety, medical, legal, or time-critical matters.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Access or scrape data from the Service through automated tools (bots, crawlers, etc.) without permission.
Attempt to disrupt or overload the platform or bypass access restrictions.
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or business.
Submit fraudulent listings, reviews, quote requests, estimates, responses, messages, or communications.
Use the Service to spam, harass, impersonate, deceive, or unlawfully solicit any person or business.
Use quote request, messaging, review, or prospecting features to extract data, generate fake demand, manipulate rankings, evade limits, or interfere with fair platform operation.

7. Fraud, Malicious Activity, and Legal Remedies

Cleann takes fraudulent and malicious activity seriously. This includes, but is not limited to, creating false business listings, submitting fake or misleading reviews, quote requests, estimates, or messages, using automated tools (bots, crawlers), or employing techniques such as IP spoofing, VPNs, proxy networks, randomized accounts, or other methods designed to conceal identity or evade detection.

If we reasonably determine that any user, business, or third party (including automated or malicious actors) has engaged in such conduct, we may remove or quarantine the offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict messaging or quote request access, block or limit communications, and take technical measures to block or mitigate further abuse (including rate-limiting, IP blocking, and device fingerprinting).

We will preserve relevant logs and evidence and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.

In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, Cleann reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies under applicable law, including injunctive relief, claims for damages, and recovery of costs. Nothing in these Terms requires Cleann to pursue legal action in any particular case.

8. Paid Features, Subscriptions, Trials, and Limits

Some features of the Service are available only through a paid plan, subscription, trial, account tier, usage quota, or other entitlement.

Fees, plans, limits, and features are listed on our website and may be updated periodically.
Paid plans may affect access to features such as profile tools, quote request response limits, conversation unlocks, estimates, customer-management tools, workspace features, visibility features, or other business tools.
Some features may have monthly, weekly, per-profile, per-account, or other usage limits. Limits may vary by plan and may change over time.
A trial or promotional offer may provide temporary access to paid features and may end, change, or convert according to the offer terms presented at the time.
Payments are processed through third-party providers and subject to their terms.
Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
Access to paid features does not guarantee leads, customers, profile views, search ranking, revenue, completed jobs, or any other business result.

9. Communications, SMS, and Email

By providing contact information or using communication features, you agree that Cleann, service providers, consumers, or platform administrators may contact you through the Service, by email, by text message, by phone, or through other available channels as reasonably related to your account, quote requests, business profile, customer communications, security, policies, support, or platform activity.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for keeping contact information current and for ensuring that you have authority to provide any phone number or email address you submit. Marketing or optional notification preferences may be managed where the Service provides those controls, but transactional, security, policy, or service-related communications may still be sent where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Ijabat Tech Solutions, LLC.

Except as explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites, tools, data sources, processors, payment providers, messaging providers, maps, analytics, artificial intelligence services, identity or verification providers, or other services.

We do not control or endorse third-party providers and are not responsible for their content, terms, policies, availability, performance, or data practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Service Availability and Modifications

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We may also add or remove features, change limits, adjust matching or ranking methods, modify eligibility rules, alter paid-plan entitlements, or change how quote requests, messages, estimates, reviews, listings, or profiles are displayed or routed. For significant paid features, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice when feasible.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Service with a new effective date.

Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required or appropriate, we may ask users to acknowledge or re-accept updated Terms.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

IJABAT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY SERVICE PROVIDER, CONSUMER, QUOTE REQUEST, RESPONSE, ESTIMATE, PRICE, RANKING, MATCH, REVIEW, MESSAGE, JOB, BUSINESS OUTCOME, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IJABAT TECH SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR SERVICE OUTCOMES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ijabat Tech Solutions, LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of:

Your use of the Service,
Your User Content,
Your business listing, quote request, response, estimate, message, review, service work, or customer interaction,
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or
Any dispute between you and another user, consumer, service provider, prospect, business, or third party.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Orange County, California for all disputes arising under or related to these Terms.

20. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the full agreement between you and us.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of future enforcement.
