The last step of Let Us Match You isn't something you do — it's something you receive. Once matching is done, we text the mobile number you gave us a link to your quote request, assembled and ready.
1. One link, everything assembled
The link opens your quote request with everything already in place: the job details built from your answers, and all the businesses we chose and invited to quote it. You don't assemble anything or send anything else — by the time the text arrives, the request is already in front of those businesses.
2. What happens from there
As invited businesses respond, their conversations attach to that same request. A business may ask you clarifying questions first, and then send you an official quote.
You're free to coordinate with the businesses and choose the quote that works for you. When a detailer sends you a quote, it comes with a button for choosing it — that's how you accept one and award the job. For more details on choosing a business to work with, go to the Quote Requests section.
3. Getting back to your request
The text is the quickest way back in — no app to install, no hunting through email. But you don't need it: sign in on Cleann.org under the customer login and you'll land right where your quote request lives. You can also navigate to Quote Requests from the menu anytime.
